Barb Zito is an absolute treasure in Norwalk. They’ve created such a unique experience with two different types of dining in one location, the front is a little bit more of a casual Japanese eatery and the back is this very curated unique space that serves the most unique and amazing hand rolls I’ve ever had. Almost to the point where I don’t wanna share this review because I want to keep it a secret to myself so I can always get a table, but this place you’ve got to try.

Such a fun vibe! Everything made me smile from the minute I walked in - from the insanely good food to the thoughtfully named (and delicious) cocktails, hilarious staff (hi Nayra 🙂!). Sit at the hand roll bar in the back room for the best experience. Bar Bushido is my new favorite spot for a fun night out. Highly recommend the mushroom roll, koji cured tuna, sashimi platter and tequila cocktail with sake.
